With which parcel service will my order be shipped?
We ship our products with DHL and FEDEX

Where can I track the shipment status of the package?
As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number. The tracking number is also stored in your customer account.

How long does the delivery take?
Unless a delivery time is specified for the respective goods in the online store, the delivery time is 4-8 business days in Europe. For the USA 2 - 3 weeks.

Can I have my order sent to a different delivery address than my own billing address?
You can specify a different delivery address when placing your order.
